The concept is simple...a group of business people, who meet for breakfast once a week to support one another and to help

each member grow his or her business.  However, while the concept is simple, when done correctly the results can be quite

powerful.

Deb Villarese, local networking guru, began Leading the Way in 1999 as a non-fee-based group.  In other words, the only

cost to the members is the cost of breakfast. However, the adage "you get what you pay for" does not seem to work in this

instance.  The members, who regularly attend have formed business bonds and relationships, have grown their businesses,

have found goods and services they need and,  in many cases, have forged lasting personal friendships.

The featured events each week are informational talks by the members, who provide insights into their business,

and may also provide useful and interesting information about their type of business or business in general.
